Tracking Your Order at VelvetVein
Thank you for shopping at VelvetVein. Once your order for Skirts, Pants, or T-Shirts is placed, we work quickly to process and ship it. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you monitor your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Step 1: Order Confirmation & Processing
After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from [email protected] within 24 hours. This email includes your order number and a list of items purchased. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Step 2: Shipping Notification
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided. This email contains:
- A unique tracking number (e.g., a 12–20 digit code or alphanumeric string).
- The carrier name (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal service).
- A direct link to the carrier’s tracking page (optional).
If you do not receive this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number.
Step 3: Using a Third-Party Tracking Tool
For a more comprehensive tracking experience, we recommend using 17Track, a reliable global package tracking platform. It supports over 700 carriers worldwide and provides real-time updates in multiple languages.
How to use 17Track:
- Visit 17Track.net.
- Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
- Click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display the latest status, including location, transit milestones, and estimated delivery date.
- You can also download the 17Track mobile app (iOS/Android) for push notifications on your phone.
Alternatively, you can use PackageRadar (packageradar.com) or AfterShip (aftership.com) for similar functionality.
Step 4: What to Do If Tracking Shows No Updates
It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after shipping, especially for international orders. If no updates are shown after 5 business days, please email [email protected] with your order number and tracking number. Our team will investigate and provide an update within 1–2 business days.
Step 5: Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom.
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email.
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number.
- If unresolved, email [email protected] for further assistance.

- VelvetVein does not have a user account system; all order updates are sent via email. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
- Tracking numbers are valid for 30–90 days depending on the carrier. Save your tracking number for reference.
