At VelvetVein, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of Skirts, Pants, and T-Shirts. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or wear.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Refund

To start the refund process, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs.
