4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your Skirts, Pants, or T-Shirts, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Defective or incorrect items will be fully refunded, including original shipping costs, upon verification.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
